My contributions to this album involved assisting Larry Gold with string and horn arrangements and contracting the horns, choir and marching percussion. You can also hear my trumpet playing throughout the album!

Contributions to this project were string and horn arrangements for; I’ll Always Love My Mama, TSOP, Me & Mrs. Jones, Ain’t No Stoppin’ Us Now, Rubberband Man, Enjoy Yourself & Workin’ My Way Back To YOu Babe. I also played trumpet for the live show at the Borgata in Atlantic City. This DVD set showcases music from The O’Jays, Harold Melvin’s Blue Notes, Russell Thompkins Jr. & The New Stylistics, The Delfonics, The Intruders, Jerry Butler, Bunny Sigler, Three Degrees, The Soul Survivors, Jean Carne, G.C. Cameron and The TSOP Orchestra.

2008 R&B Foundation Awards

This was a great night and an awesome opportunity to perform with many legends of music including Chaka Kahn, Aretha Franklin, Bunny Sigler and more. It was at the Kimmel Center in Philadelphia in the Verizon Hall, which is an amazing facility to play in!

Jennifer Lopez: My Man

“My Man” is a song from an old Bette Midler musical called “Funny Girl.” I transcribed and orchestrated the original music from an old YouTube video of a live performance. This music was then recorded at Larry Gold’s studio in Philadelphia. J-Lo sang along to this clip as a birthday present for Marc Anthony’s surprise 40th party.

Celine Dion: Taking Chances

For this album I co-wrote the horn parts and played trumpet on the song, “That’s Just The Woman In Me”.  This song was also played on her CBS special in February of 2008.
